Republic-York Partnership LP obtains $3.5 million in fixed-rate permanent financing for its 55,200-sf Dick's Sporting Goods store at the intersection of US Route 30 and 1313 Kenneth Road in York, PA. Warren P. Higgins, VP in the local office of GMACCM, arranged the transaction. Republic-York is a new GMACCM client.
Higgins also arranged $2.5 million in fixed-rate, non-recourse, permanent financing through Sun Life for Republic-Allentown LP's 58,000-sf, free-standing Ollie's Bargain Outlet at 4750 Tilghman St. in Allentown, PA. The building, located on approximately 8.5 acres, was constructed in 1983 and has 277 parking spaces.
Dick's, based in Pittsburgh, operates more than 145 stores in 26 states throughout the eastern US. Ollie's, based in Harrisburg, is a 27-unit chain with stores in central Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.
Rates and terms of the financing are undisclosed. GMACCM has a servicing portfolio of more than $251 billion.
