Pennsylvania Bar Institute renews and expands from 5,000 sf to 25,000 sf in the Wanamaker Building at 100 Penn Square East, which is owned by Amerimar Enterprises. Terms of the lease, described as long-term, are undisclosed. Sidney Smith, president, and Thomas D. Kramer, principal of the local office of GVA Smith Mack, represented the owner. Matt Soll and Greg Soffian of the local office of Studley Inc. negotiated for PBI.

Wheels Inc. is relocating from 1128 Market St. to 15,263 sf at 918 Market, a building recently renovated by owner, O'Neill Properties. Wheels provides the needy ill and handicapped free, non-emergency transportation to healthcare facilities. Kramer and John Susanin, VP of GVA Smith Mack, represented Wheels in negotiating the long-term lease valued at more than $2 million.

Liberty Document Services renews and expands to 8,000 sf at Seven Penn Center in a long-term lease valued at $850,000. Kramer and Smith represented the tenant. Kramer also represented the law firm of Allen Litt in a renewal for its 4,698-sf headquarters at 1515 Market St. The lease is valued at more than $700,000.
