The transactions totaled 13,192 sf. Steris Corp. extended its 4,746-sf lease at 7200 Corporate Center Dr. with Alan Kleber of Cushman & Wakefield representing Steris Corp.; Network Engineering Services signed a lease for 2,321 sf at 7205 Corporate Center Dr.; and Mexicana Airlines extended its 1,944-sf lease at 7205 Corporate Center Dr. with Jose Padilla of St. Augustine Real Estate Advisors representing Mexicana Airlines.
In addition, International Managed Care Services expanded its lease by 1,846 sf at 7205 Corporate Center Dr. with Scott Minchew of Scott Minchew and Co. representing International Managed Care Services; the Group Advanced Marketing & Advertising Inc. inked a deal for 1,327 sf at 7650 Corporate Center Dr.; and Seena Sales Corp. extended its 1,008-sf lease at 7200 Corporate Center Dr.
In the third quarter of 2003, seven leases totaling more than 27,000 sf and valued at a combined $2.9 million were signed at the 11-building business park. For the entire year, more than 280,000 sf in deals were signed.
