CH Robinson Leases New 58,000-SF Building

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Liberty Property will build the sixth and last building in its Flying Cloud Corporate Campus here for the major shipping firm.

The company's other planned expansion is at an 80,000-sf office building in Chicago. The company said it would spend about $20 million over the course of 2004 to buy and renovate the building in Chicago. and to furnish both the building there and the one in Eden Prairie.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is a North American shipping firm with 158 offices in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. RSP Architects of Minneapolis designed the building, and Stahl Construction is building it. It should be ready in July
