The Cypress Villas complex is a development of Galaxy LLC of Beverly Hills and is being designed by J. Gary Stegman Architect of Redlands. It will consist of four buildings of one- and two-bedroom units on a 4.5-acre site at 582 Hibiscus Ave., according to Scott Bain, chief operations officer at Projects West. The Cypress Villas contract is valued at $6.75 million. Construction is scheduled for completion in December.
The Reseda project is called Valerio at Reseda and will be at 18445 W. Valerio Drive. It will consist of a three-story complex of single, one-and two-bedroom units built over a two-story subterranean garage. The value of the construction contract is nearly $3.6 million. The project is owned by Upside L.P. of Calabasas and is being designed by Reed Architectural Group of Santa Monica. Construction is scheduled for completion in October. Project manager for both projects is Scott Griggs.
