Engstrom is a long-time developer who recently worked on the 241-acre Fields of St. Croix conservation community in Lake Elmo, MN, and 175 housing units at New Century in Maplewood, MN. The Lake Elmo project preserves more than half of the site for open space and agriculture. Other projects include the New Century development in Maplewood and Summit Place, a three-block urban restoration neighborhood in the Cathedral Hill area of St. Paul.
