The park is located at 350 to 600 Fairway Drive, adjacent to Interstate 95 at the Hillsboro interchange, and is about two miles south of Boca Raton and 20 miles north of Fort Lauderdale. Suite sizes at the park range from about 900 sf to more than 20,000 sf. Parthenon will continue to lease and manage the property.
"Hillsboro Executive Center North is an extremely sound investment," George Sacks, a principal in HEC Investments LLC, says in a statement. "Tenants here can locate in the Boca Raton area without paying for the Boca address." Sacks also serves as senior vice president of Atlanta-based Parthenon Realty LLC, which assisted in the sale, and is in charge of Parthenon's Florida operations.
