United Picked for Centennial Lakes and Burnside Plazas

MINNEAPOLIS-Gabbert & Beck has hired United Properties to manage the 197,000-sf Centennial Lakes Plaza retail center in Edina and to manage and lease its 83,000-sf Burnside Plaza in Burnsville.

Burnside Plaza, which is near Burnsville Center on County Road 42 in Burnsville, is an 83,000-sf neighborhood center featuring retail tenants such as Frank's Nursery and Crafts and Buca DiBeppo. United Properties‚ Beth Holmgren is the senior property manager for both sites. Kim Meyer and Tricia Pitchford, United Properties retail associates, are leasing at Burnside Plaza.
