Moorman-Zinaich will be working with Greg Morrison, the firm's executive director, in handling leasing assignments at several metro area office buildings.
She comes to Advantis from the local office of Birmingham, AL-based Colonial Properties Trust where she directed tenant prospecting and leasing efforts for a 1.5-million-sf portfolio of primarily class A office space in the Lake Mary and Maitland submarkets. Prior to her Colonial Properties assignment, Moorman-Zinaich worked in similar positions at the local offices of CB Richard Ellis Inc. and Trammell Crow Co. Besides holding a Florida real estate salesperson license, she is a member of the Central Florida chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women and serves on the board of directors as treasurer.
