Although terms were not disclosed, space at the building also known as 500 Lindberg Ave. is being marketed at $4.75 per sf.
Manulife Financial bought the 150,000-sf building, located on eight acres in the Sky Harbor Industrial Park, for nearly $3.9 million in 1999. It paid another $2.3 million for a nearby building at 555 Huehl Rd., property records indicate.
