Rosedale Corporate Plaza is located at 35W and County Road C in Roseville. In addition to Shavlik Technologies‚ 18,000 sf expansion and the Lottery's renewal, American Equities has signed a new lease for 3,000 sf at the center. Rosedale Corporate Plaza is now more than 80% leased, according to United Properties.
Last summer, Shavlik relocated its corporate offices to Rosedale Corporate Plaza, where it occupied about 50,000 sf. The move provided Shavlik's with the opportunity for future growth and expansion, according to Mark Shavlik, CEO of Shavlik Technologies. Shavlik Technologies helps information technology managers and administrators manage computer systems security, including assessment, security scanning and remediation of security vulnerabilities due to missing patches, weak accounts and passwords.
