BLOOMINGTON, MN-The two veterans, Mike Perkins and Chris Simmons, have been made SVPs at Welsh Cos.

Simmons has been with Welsh Cos.' retail brokerage division for 10 years. As a division leader in production, he has established relationships with key clients within the market, the company notes. He was recently named Broker of the Year by the Minnesota Shopping Center Association in recognition of his accomplishments and was Welsh Cos.‚ highest producer in 2003.
