"Our Equis team structured a new, long-term lease that provides an advantageous rent structure for the OSD," Bishop adds. "Further, the OSD's careful upgrading and maintenance of its space over the years allowed our team to structure a lease that required a minimal tenant-improvement allowance, allowing much of the value to be focused on the rent structure."
