The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by sales associate Allan Cesare of Century 21 Moretti Realty of South Plainfield, NJ. The identity of the seller and additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The building had recently been occupied by Maser Consulting, but the buyer will be moving its own headquarters into the facility this month from nearby Morganville, NJ. New Jersey Home Funding will occupy the first floor and will make the rest of the building available for lease later this spring. Suite sizes ranging from 14,500 sf, divisible to 1,000 sf, will be available, according to Robert R. Heath, CEO of Century 21 Moretti Realty.
