But not all of the growth is owed by the sponsoring organization, and in an exclusive interview on the show floor, King Sturge officials revealed that the firm has recently inked a partnership alliance with Mexican real estate company BDI. The new alliance will work through King Sturge's North American partner, Corfac.
According to Max O. Crofts, a partner in the UK-based King Sturge, the new deal delivers four offices to the Corfac network: Mexico City, Aguascalientes, Guadalajara and Monterey. Fernando Alvarez will head the Mexican operation.
The newly forged agreement--Crofts said the ink dried only in the past four weeks--continues a pattern of growth for King Sturge, which marked 2004 with the launching of a new, full-service multifamily initiative as well as the unveiling of new operations in the Czech Republic and Australia.
The expansions have helped the firm maintain an annual growth rate of 16%, according to company officials, something they say the firm is on target to maintain through the April close to its fiscal year.
