MSC Industrial, which specializes in the retail and wholesale of supplies to its industrial clients, is relocating from 20 Cabot Rd. in Woburn where it was leasing 15,000 sf. MSC says it decided to relocate to this location because of its proximity to amenities and major road ways. The 62,000-sf building is a single story office, research and development and distribution facility. This location will serve as the MSC's New England headquarters. The average asking rent for this type of flex space is about $8 per sf.
