CK Group, an importer and exporter, paid the $2.1 million for a 19,651-sf industrial building at 3701 West Carriage in an expansion of the company's corporate headquarters, according to Jeff Williams of Voit's Irvine office who represented the buyer, along with Mike Bouma of Voit's Anaheim Metro office.

Steve Shloemer of Colliers Seeley International represented the seller, a joint-venture of Byrnes, Thier & Sapp.

In a Huntington Beach transaction, a local investor acquired 4.6 acres of industrial zoned land at 19122 Stewart St. for $1.6 million, with Bouma and Rob Socci of Voit's Anaheim Metro office representing both the seller, M.S. Vickers, and the buyer.

In the Irvine Spectrum, Park La Palma Investment Co. acquired a 10,240-sf industrial building at Turner Alton Business Center, a recently refurbished 24-unit business park, for nearly $1.4 million. Worldwide healthcare provider Hill-Rom, a division of Hillenbrand Industry, currently leases the building, which is at 13845-A Alton Parkway. Bouma and Rob Mitchell of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, and Alan Pekarcik of Voit's Irvine office, represented the seller, Turner Development Co. Alan Buchanan of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
