The building on a 30,000-sf parcel at 1020 Fennell St. was tagged for sale at $295,000, but came to market a year ago as "for sale" or "for lease" product. Travis Land with NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that the property went under contract last May, but just made it to the closing table due to legal issues.

The 1950s-era building is leased to Primo Installation Service, a floor covering company, which moved in last August under a medium-term lease put together by Land and NAI's John Ferruzzo.

Seller Weatherford International is a Houston-based oil and gas company that used the property for storage. The NAI team and Jo-Lynne Busic, Weatherford's real estate director, represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
