Tony Hayden Jr., VP of Conshohocken-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, arranged the terms of the lease for Gail Force, which employs approximately 20 people. Neil Gallagher of the Wayne, PA office of GVA Smith Mack is the exclusive agent for the building and represented the owner, Philadelphia-based Berwind Property Group.
The building was completed last December. It consists of a six-story parking garage topped by a seven-story, 290,000-sf, class A office facility. Gallagher tells GlobeSt.com, the construction cost of the property was $78 million. It is located at the juncture of I 76 and the Blue Rte., and its features include an atrium, concierge, exercise facility, food service and a restaurant. The Girard Estate owns the 32-story Aramark Tower at 1101 Market Street in Philly.
