In Irwindale, a private investor acquired a 46,005-sf industrial building at 15554-15564 Arrow Highway from Irsco Partners for $3.2 million. Peter Castleton of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, with Mike Hefner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office and Al Pekarcik of the Irvine office representing the seller.

In Santa Ana, Los Angeles-based investor Westside Exchange Corp. acquired a 9,827-sf office building at 1538 Brookhollow in Brookhollow Business Park for $1.6 million. Voit's Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Mike Boomer represented the seller, Birtcher-Anderson Properties, with Jack Askelson representing the buyer.

In Anaheim, Stanton-based VJ Partners acquired a 14,724-sf industrial building at 1225 Knollwood Circle from Century Laminators for $1.2 million. Mike Hefner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office and Mike Cargile of the firm's Irvine office represented the seller, Century Laminators, and the buyer.
