Rexford says the ITT lease completes its repositioning of the asset, which was originally built in 1957 and was completely renovated in 2002. The building was previously occupied by Boeing and then occupied by Integrated Micro Machines, which closed in mid 2003.
Rexford was represented in the transaction by Erik Larson, John Minervini and Robin Dodson of Cushman & Wakefield, while Carole Walker and Dan Alle of the John Alle Company represented ITT.
