The two buildings are at 18201 & 18401 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine and total 330,297 sf, according to the CBRE team of Robert Smith, Michael Kane, John Weiner and Rick Mori, all from the Newport Beach office, who brokered the transaction. The properties are managed by CB Richard Ellis Asset Services.

The 18201 & 18401 Von Karman buildings have historically remained well-occupied, according to the CBRE brokers, who note that the institutionally maintained and operated towers occupy a campus setting that offers many nearby high-end amenities. Among these are the Lakeshore Towers Sporting Club and Il Fornaio restaurant, with numerous other restaurants and hotels nearby. The five- and 11-story towers provide approximately 110,959 and 219,339 rentable sf respectively and feature reflective glass exterior finishes, a large central plaza with water features and landscaping.
