"A number of prestigious institutions presented us with financial packages based on our plans for the Parc at Turnberry Isle and our commitment to South Florida," Jacobo Cababie, vice president of CABI Developers, says in a statement.

The project, being built at 19400 Turnberry Way on the last undeveloped site on Turnberry Isle, recently broke ground and is scheduled to be completed in summer 2005. The Parc at Turnberry Isle will consist of two 22-story towers. The 111 two- and three-bedroom homes will range in size from 1,425 sf to 1,825 sf, and prices start at $400,000, while penthouse suites start at $900,000.

Residences will feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to terraces with glass railings for unobstructed views. Among the other features are master bedroom suites with direct access to two balconies with 180-degree views and master baths with whirlpool spas, separate marble-lined showers, bidets and double vanities. Amenities include 24-hour security; valet and concierge services; a health and fitness center with a dry sauna, steam and massage rooms; a heated pool and an outdoor spa; a summer kitchen; a social lounge and ballroom; a business center; and a children's play area.

The Parc at Turnberry Isle is locally based CABI Developers' US debut. The developer is the US subsidiary of Gicsa, a Mexico-based real estate development company.
