In the first transaction, the buyers acquired a property at 11102-11112 W. Olympic Blvd., at the corner of Olympic and Sepulveda boulevards, according to Sy Schaffel and Cory Schaffel of NAI Capital Commercial, who represented the buyers. The sellers were two local investors who represented themselves. The retail property is leased to eight tenants and benefits from a premier high-traffic location with excellent visibility, the NAI brokers point out.

In the other transaction, the Los Angeles-based Hyun Family Trust purchased Pico Van Ness Plaza, a 15,906-sf retail center at 3301 W. Pico Blvd. from Beverly Hills-based Pico Van Ness Enterprises. The center, which was 96% leased at the time of the sale, is occupied by Domino's Pizza and a number of local tenants. Nevil Green and Bruce Kaufer of the West Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, with Ryan Yang Kim of Coldwell Banker-Wilshire Land Co. representing the buyer.
