• The lease of 4,420 sf of office space in the First National Building located at 660 Woodward Ave. in downtown Detroit. Friedman's Steve Eisenshtadt and Randy Kart represented the landlord, Lennar who is the owner of the 800,000 sf First National Building. The new tenant will be Local Initiatives Support Corp. Also at the First National Building, Eisenshtadt represented Lennar in a new retail lease with Progressive Distributors Inc. for 2,707 sf.

• The sublease of a 15,000-sf industrial building in Shelby Township. The new tenant, PMI (Project Management Inc.), will reside at 51548 Filomena Dr. PMI is an automotive supplier to General Motors Corp., DaimlerChrysler and Ford Motor Company, and will use the facility for warehouse and distribution. Friedman‚s Larry Schultz represented PMI. The landlord, Empire Wire & Supply LLC, is a manufacturer of electrical and electronic cable assemblies and distributor of wire cable and connectors.

• The lease of 7,600 sf of industrial space at 1520-1522 Premier Dr. in Troy. Friedman‚s Rob Hibbert and Kevin George represented both the seller, Seth E. Walker Co. and the new tenant, Empire Embroidery Inc. who have already taken occupancy and will be using the space for contract commercial embroidery, and screen printing.

• The lease of 4,799 sf of office space located at 2701 Troy Center Dr. in the Continental Plaza in Troy. The new tenant will be the Law Offices of Christian S. Allen PC and was represented by Friedman's Todd Hawley and Rick Kaplan. Friedman's Glenn DesRosiers represented the landlord, Osprey S.A. Ltd.
