It only took two leases to fill the building at 999 Bilter Rd., as Menlo Worldwide Logistics took 234,612sf in July.

While the Aurora Distribution Center is near the four-way interchange at I-88 and Farnsworth Road, Tyco Plastics was looking to remain near its current location. Economics and efficiency of the new building also were factors, according to HSA Commercial Real Estate brokers.

Gregory Haddad and Daniel McGillicuddy of The Staubach Co. represented Tyco Plastics. Executive vice president Tim Thompson and senior vice president Tom Boyle handled negotiations for and HSA Commercial Real Estate.
