The properties are at 286 Executive Dr., an 18,650-sf building; and 1217 Combermere, a 7,480-sf building.

The firm also has listings on two vacant tracts of land on North Opdyke in Troy, a 2.3-acre and a 4.6-acre site, both zoned B-2.

Signature Associates-Oncor International also negotiated a 3,726-sf lease at 3290 W. Big Beaver in Troy. Garrett Keais of Signature Associates brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant, Quantum Marketing.

Grant Bruce and John Boyd also negotiated a 6,500-sf lease at the #40 Oak Hollow building located in Southfield to SPX Corp. The Signature Associates duo brokered the deal on behalf of and Great Lakes REIT, which own the building.
