Teger says that John Mini Landscapes decided to move to Rockland because it serves as a central location to many of its markets including New Jersey, Connecticut, Westchester County and the five boroughs.
The 250-252 Brenner Dr. building is an office/warehouse facility located on nearly 19.3 acres in a complex that includes properties that house operations of Star Kay White, Celtic Industries, Fischer Foods, Montamer Corp. and Valois. The property, which fronts Route 303, has approximately 10,345 sf of office space and the balance is warehouse/light-manufacturing space. Currently, there is approximately 5,000 sf of space available for lease at the building.
John Mini, president of John Mini Landscapes, is a 30-year industry veteran who has been involved in a host of commercial indoor landscaping projects in the New York metropolitan area. One recent project by the firm was the renovation of the Winter Garden Atrium in the World Financial Center in New York City, which was damaged in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
