Tony Hayden Jr. and Mike Morsell, VPs of Conshohocken, PA-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, represented both Arrow and the building owner, Lakewood, NJ-based Lightstone Group. Other tenants in the 52,000-sf building include GE Capital and Cigna Medical Laboratories. The property was completed in 1979, and it contains a fitness center, and showers and locker rooms for both men and women.
Arrow is a worldwide provider of cardiac diagnostic and care products. It will establish an off-site manufacturing and administration center in this new location next month and employ a staff of approximately 60 people.
Beacon's Hayden represents tenants and owners in the Philadelphia-area submarkets and throughout the Lehigh Valley.
