Cirelli, a wholesale food and supplies provider, is relocating from 970 West Chestnut St. in Brockton. The new corporate office and warehouse features 50,000 sf of dry goods, 20,000 sf of frozen products, 20,000 sf of refrigerated space, 13,800 sf of retail space, and 16,000 sf of office space.
"Cirelli Foods more than doubled it square footage at the new location. The technical requirements of building a refrigerated warehouse along with reengineering the material handling process represented unique challenges," says Phil Leonard, the project executive at Diversified Project Management.
