Seitlin & Co. Signs $5M Lease

MIAMI-The independent insurance agency is taking 22,831 sf of office space at Doral Costa office park here for 10 years, paying about $22.34 per sf. The company plans to locate its corporate headquarters, set to open in July, at this site.

Seitlin & Co. plans to use its new space as its corporate headquarters, which is set to open in July. Terranova is supervising the buildout. The lease brings the occupancy of Doral Costa to 60%. Other tenants there include Whirlpool and World Fuels.

Terranova Corp. represented Seitlin & Co. in the transaction. Walter Robinson of Trammel Crow Co. represented the building owner. Doral Costa is one of seven projects in Terranova's growing office portfolio.
