The national investment company is taking 9,356 sf on one floor at its new waterfront location at 515 Flagler St. The single-floor operation "naturally is preferable from an operations standpoint," according to Kevin Landers, the leasing agent for the building. The company operated from two floors at its previous location.
Gaedeke Holdings Ltd. owns the 21-story, 293,494-sf office property, which is managed and leased by Gaedeke Landers LLC of Dallas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The value estimation is based on the direct weighted average class A rental rate for the area in recent market reports.
