It is nearly 70% occupied and among its office tenants are Legg Mason, Fish & Richardson, Eastern Bank, Korn Ferry, UBS Paine Webber, Kowal Associates, JP Mobile, Advisor Central, MA Weatherbie and Soundview. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but office space in the building ranges from $35 to $46 per sf depending upon the floor.
