The deal represents an expansion for United Distributors, a distributor of ceramic tile, which will occupy 40,000 sf of the building and plans to lease out the balance of the space to local area tenants.
In a separate transaction, David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette sold United Distributors' 19,000 sf former building at 20 Terry Ave. in Burlington to Office Works for $1.3 million or $70 per sf. Ernie Wronka of Wronka Ltd. representedOffice Works in the transaction.
