Managing principals Thomas J. Stanton, III and Daniel J. Loughlin of the Staubach Co.'s Murray Hill, NJ office represented the tenant in the transaction. The Gale Co. of Florham Park, NJ, owner of the asset, was represented in-house by Tim Greiner, vice president of leasing. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The four-story building, which is located just off I-280, is currently 100% occupied. The other two tenants are Rothstein, Kass & Co., an accounting firm, and Ryan, Beck & Co., a financial firm.
