Crown Roofing Services Inc. has settled into 16115 Park Row, a 44,002-sf, multi-tenant, office/warehouse in the Park Ten development. Walter Menuet with Vantage Cos.' Houston division represented the building owner, American Industrial Properties, in the lease negotiations. Menuet tells GlobeSt.com that Crown was drawn to Technipark 10 for the location and flexibility with a short-term lease. Gloria Parrino with the Betz Cos. in Houston represented the tenant.
Crown Roofing filled industrial space vacant about six months, according to Menuet. The office/warehouse has a 50% office finish.
The Technipark 10 development contains two buildings totaling 71,647 sf, which are 74% leased. The complex's asking rate is $6 per sf triple net.
