Thorpe is a distributor of Anheuser Busch and Heineken products for the west, northwest and southwest suburbs of Minneapolis.
Construction on the project is expected to begin this month and be completed by the end of the year. The architect on the project is Holleran Duitsman Architects Inc. of St. Louis.
Thorpe was represented by Mark Sims and Chris Hickok of United Properties in Bloomington, MN, while Opus's land position was represented by CB Richard Ellis. Charles Pfeffer of the Pfeffer Co. represented the land seller.
