Uptown Landing is located along Burnsville Parkway at 125th Street, one block east of Nicollet Avenue.

The condominium units range in price from $200,000 to $300,000. Twin Cities based Springbrook Corp. has just begun building the "new urbanism" project, which was designed by J. Buxell Architects.

"We were able to close on both debt and equity underwriting in less than three months from the time that we were first introduced to Springbrook--a real testament to the strength of their project and team," says George Zeller, senior vice president of Welsh Capital.
