The owner of the shopping center, a local partnership, was represented in the transaction by Dan Brickner and Rob Cooper of Metro Commercial Inc., a Mount Laurel, NJ-based real estate services firm. The terms of the signing were not disclosed.
Metro Commercial, which specializes in retail real estate, is currently the exclusive leasing agent for more than 12 million sf of space in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, and management agent for 4.8 million sf of shopping center space. The firm also is the exclusive regional rep for 27 major retail chains.
