Bank Taps Hayman for Expansion Help

TROY, MI-Citizens Banking Corp. says it plans to open 10 to 14 branches and two regional centers in Oakland County. Hayman Co. will coordinate development of the bank properties.

Under terms of the agreement, Hayman will coordinate development of the bank properties by assisting in all phases of its implementation.

"We will be directly involved in the entire process from design and acquisition through construction,'' says Hayman Co. vice president Robert Schrader.

Citizens Banking Corp. is the second-largest bank holding company headquartered in Michigan, with assets of $7.7 billion as of the beginning of the year.
