The bulk of the space involves two separate leases for 25,610 sf each. In the first, Hollander Glass makers of decorative glass, took space at the 165,000-sf 50 Clearview Rd. within Raritan Center, Edison. The tenant was represented by Bussel Realty.

And Mattel/American Girl matched that transaction in the same building, which is now 100% occupied. Cushman & Wakefield repped the tenant, which will use the space as a distribution center for its line of exclusive dolls.

Also, CGS Systems, a software designer, has signed on for 12,647 sf at 80 Cottontail Lane, Illva Saronno's 168,000-sf headquarters building here, in a local relocation move. Cushman & Wakefield spoke for the building ownership, and Equis Harbinger Realty Co. acted for CGS.

And Rutgers University has taken 6,465 sf for administrative offices, also at 80 Cottontail Lane, with C&W again directing the lease. Illva Saronno has another 26,000 sf worth of leases in the process of being completed, according to Vreeland.
