A 70,000-sf building to be occupied by three tenants will be constructed on a 5.8-acre parcel on Ashton Road. A 77,814-sf building to house up to 24 tenants will be constructed on 7.3 acres on Holstein Avenue. Together, the buildings will create 205 jobs.

Three projects in Lewistown, PA receive PIDA loans totaling nearly $1.3 million, which will be administered by Mifflin County Industrial Development Corp. MCIDA receives $520,000 in funding to acquire and renovate two building with an aggregate of 113,893 sf on East Fleming Street and South Main Street. MCIDA also receives $760,231 in funding to acquire a 316-acre site in a KOZ adjacent to Mifflin County Industrial Park.

Bensalem, PA-based PAC Industries receives a $304,079-loan to acquire and renovate an 11,166-sf building in Croydon, PA. The company, which distributes commercial laundry equipment, will relocate from Bensalem to Croydon.

Druzak Medical Inc. receives a $950,000-loan to acquire and renovate a 64,600-sf building on Pleasant Drive in Aliquippa, PA. The borrower distributes medical supplies to hospital and healthcare facilities.

Sunbury, PA-based Runnerless Knits Inc. receives a $435,050-loan to add 15,700 sf to its existing 19,324-sf building on Fifth Street. The company makes stretch fabrics for the apparel and medical industries.
