Park Plaza Hotels Europe is the development partner in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, which is part of Carlson Hotels Worldwide, which has 1,690 hotel, resort, restaurant and cruise ship operations in 82 countries. It is part of the Carlson Cos., a travel, hotel and incentives business.
Wren's Hotel owns and manages Wren's Hotels U.K., a British portfolio with hotels in the Thames Valley and the Cotswolds; and Adriatic Luxury Hotels, the fast-growing Croatian division with hotels in the cities of Dubrovnik and Rijeka. Included in the Adriatic portfolio is the Grand Hotel Bonavia in Rijeka, which will be the first Park Plaza hotel in Croatia.
The Fitzwilliam Hotel Group has commitments from two hotels to carry the Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand in Dublin and Belfast by the end of this year. The two properties will have a combined total of 300 guestrooms, bringing the total room count for Park Plaza Hotels Europe to 3,500 at 23 hotels in Europe, Middle East and Africa by the end of this year.
