For the new tenant, the deal allows Data Service Solutions to consolidate operations now run in Bolingbrook as well as Plainfield. The space will service as Data Service Solutions' Midwest distribution hub.
In an unrelated deal, Fortec Medical Inc. has leased 11,433 sf up I-355 in Building I of Maple Point Business Park at 10335 Argonne Woods Dr. in Woodridge. HSA Commercial Real Estate senior vice president Tom Boyle represented Argonne Bridge LLC in negotiations with Carter Andrus of Colliers Bennett and Kahnweiler.
