The property's proximity to the Thunderbird-Garvin School of International Management makes it a destination for students, says Fogler, who represented the seller alongside Steve Nicoluzakis of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial. Amenities include covered parking, washer-dryer hookups and a pool.
