Developers to Detail Plans for 3M-SF Industrial Park
SUMNER, WA-The developers of Sumner Corporate Park today will reveal their future construction plans for the 150-acre former turf farm near SR 167. The park's inaugural offering, the 492,000-sf Summit Building, was fully leased in February to a locally based third party logistics firm.
