MFR Claims Processing Inc. leased 5,000 sf in the 40,000-sf flex building at 2000 Cabot Blvd., which was completed in 1984. MFR's space includes 1,250 sf of office area and 3,750 sf of industrial space. The tenant manages and settles claims from class action legal suits.

Matthew Wright of Philadelphia-based Flynn Co. represented First Industrial, the owner, in negotiations. Gus Cosmos of Yardley, PA-based Parker Realty, represented MFR.

Mercy Home Health, a subsidiary of Conshohocken, PA-based Mercy Health System, leased approximately 2,083 sf of office space at 3000 Cabot Lane in the same business complex. It is opening a nursing dispatch center for patients requiring home health care. Brian Glancy of Flynn Co. represented First Industrial, and John Roedig of JG McSherry represented the tenant.

Meanwhile, Novatek Corp. extended its lease for approximately 5,000 sf in the 20,800-sf building at 155 Philips Rd. in Pickering Creek Industrial Park. The space includes 1,000 sf of office area and 4,000 sf of warehousing area for the manufacture and assembly of flooring equipment. Novatek established operations there in 2001. The new lease will continue into the later years of this decade, according to Paul Wierzel, First Industrial's senior leasing and marketing manager.
