Besides a more functional layout, the commercial printing company was attracted by a location near I-55. Tom Barbera and Jason West of Trammell Crow Co.'s Schaumburg office represented building owner TA Associations in negotiations with Cushman & Wakefield brokers.

DeNoble represented Catellus Development, owner of the building at 10430 Woodward Ave. and the 114,000-sf Internationale Centre building, as well as Genin Trudeau.
