Visions' president Steve Fithian and Scott Henderson, previously a senior broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Dallas, are teaming on a plan for multifamily transactions. Henderson, who joined Visions in recent months, spent five years as a top producer for Coldwell Banker, including a stint as chairman of its National Multi Housing Group. He resigned that post in January. Henderson tells GlobeSt.com that the talks with Fithian turned into the partnering because he saw an opportunity to direct investments as well as broker for the boutique firm.
Fithian, who's got a long list of buyers, says Henderson brings listing relationships that he needed to round out the plan. Fithian says a couple more brokers most likely will be hired as the plan evolves for his mainstay client base in California.
