In an unrelated deal, Allied Building Products Corp. signed a 37,600-sf lease at 5701 W. Ogden Ave. on Chicago's West Side, bringing that 236,800-sf building owned and partially occupied by U-Stor-It Group to 100% occupancy.

NAI Hiffman senior associate Brian W. Colson represented Allied Building Products Corp. in negotiations with NAI Hiffman executive vice president Daniel P. Leahy, SIOR, who represented U-Stor-It Group.
